Sri Lanka Cricket President Shammi Silva has taken over as the new President of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) following Jay Shah’s appointment as ICC Chairman.
Silva, a seasoned cricket administrator, previously chaired the ACC Finance & Marketing Committee and served on the ICC Audit Committee.
His presidency comes at a crucial time for Asian cricket as he aims to enhance the sport’s development and strengthen ties among member nations.
