“iGOT for Young Professionals: Centre Rolls Out ‘Dakshta’ Course Collection”
The Personnel Ministry said that the central government has released a new collection of courses on the iGOT Karmayogi Platform named “Dakshta” (Development of Attitude, Knowledge, and Skill for Holistic Transformation in Administration).

To drive the mission’s primary goals, the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has established Karmayogi Bharat, a government-owned not-for-profit special purpose company.
It is in charge of the iGOT Karmayogi platform’s ownership, management, maintenance, and enhancement.
In keeping with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of creating a “Viksit Bharat,” Mission Karmayogi (National project for civil services capacity building) plays a crucial role in developing a smart, citizen-friendly, and future-ready public workforce.
