1 On Wednesday, Raj Bhavan in Guwahati celebrated the Armed Forces Flag Day, according to officials. The celebration was held to pay tribute to the military personnel who protect the nation’s borders and uphold its territorial integrity.

4- As part of the Assam government’s initiative to launch a slew of development projects, Nalbari district’s Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma officially opened and laid the cornerstones for up to 12 projects with the goal of making the historic district one of the most forward-thinking in the State on all fronts.
5-The district sports stadium complex at Sariahtoli, which will be built at a cost of Rs 51 crore, and beautification efforts in Nalbari town, which will cost Rs 106 crore, are two projects that were inaugurated and began on Tuesday in Assam.
6-According to authorities, Deepak Kakoti, a fellow Assam Police constable, shot and killed Gokul Basumatary on Tuesday in the Charaideo district. The incident happened at the Sonari police station at 9.20 in the morning.

7-On Monday, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma introduced a number of state-sponsored development initiatives in the Bongaigaon district.
According to officials, the projects that the chief minister launched and laid the groundwork for had an overall budget of Rs 693.29 crore.
8-At a ceremony held at the North Bongaigaon Stadium playground, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma laid the cornerstone for the 200-bed Bangaigaon Medical College and Hospital. He also laid the cornerstone for the creation of a walking zone to enable the people to walk in a healthy environment and dedicated a statue of Naranarayan at Bongaigaon immersion ghat.

9- The Assam government has approved spending Rs 29 crore of its own money to build the bridge that will connect the Abhayapuri district with the Barpeta district across the Aie river.
10-Another incident of ragging has been reported at a dental college in Silchar, Assam, where authorities have expelled at least 14 students from the dorm, according to officials.
