The Indian Olympic Association (IOA) has officially announced that the 38th National Games will be hosted by the state of Uttarakhand from January 28 to February 14, 2025.
The Games will feature a total of 32 sports disciplines, along with four demonstration sports: Kalarippayattu, Yogasana, Mallakhambh, and Rafting. This decision was made after a recent meeting of the IOA president and the Games Technical Conduct Committee (GTCC).
Uttarakhand has been preparing for this event since 2014, and the state government has reaffirmed its commitment to hosting the Games with world-class facilities. The event promises to be a grand spectacle, showcasing the talent and dedication of India’s top athletes.
